FluxoMail tracks template revisions and supports publishing.

Drafts vs Published

  • Draft: editable state, can be iterated safely
  • Published: marked stable for wider use
Status and version are shown in the Library (e.g., draft · v3).

Editing & Saving

  1. Open Emails → Library → Edit
  2. Modify subject or content
  3. Click “Save as Email”
Each save bumps the version and records a revision snapshot.

Publishing

  • Click “Publish” from the editor or Library to mark the current version as published.

History & Restore

Open a template’s “History” to see prior versions. Click “Restore” to roll the current content back to a previous revision.

Tips

  • Use descriptive names in the Library to keep templates organized.
  • Pair templates with reusable Blocks for fast iteration.
