FluxoMail surfaces a detailed timeline on both the Send and Contact pages.

Event Sentences

  • Delivered — SMTP code, remote host, processing time
  • Opened — “on agent <Client> running on <OS> as <Device> by <Vendor>”
  • Clicked — includes the clicked link target
  • Bounced — “because <type> <subtype>”, shows diagnostic code
  • Complained — “with feedback <type>”

Agent & OS Badges

Client/OS icons use brand colors (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android). Device type and vendor appear when known.

Proxy Indicators

When applicable, the UI shows “via Google Image Proxy” or “via Apple MPP” to reflect privacy proxies.

Source of Data

Events come from the delivery ledger and tracking routes:
  • /api/track/open — records open with UA metadata
  • /api/track/click — records click with UA metadata + URL

Tips

  • If an open lacks UA (due to a proxy), the UI infers context from the nearest click/open when available.
