Fluxomail manages provider event ingestion and correlation for you. No customer action is required to receive deliveries, bounces, complaints, opens, or clicks. Behavior
  • Events are normalized and correlated to your sends (preferred: Feedback-ID; fallback: provider messageId).
  • The send timeline shows sent, delivered, bounced, complained, opened, and clicked as events arrive.
  • Events are idempotent per (providerMessageId, type).

  • BYO provider webhooks are not exposed publicly. If you require a custom integration, contact support.
